Rationalist villa built in the early ’40s by the family of the famous Milanese actress Lida Ferro. The villa has a driveway and land in front of the building with dock floor. The property was totally renovated in 2010/11 by Italian and English architects with great attention to detail inside and outside. Marco Badalla who also supervised minor updates in 2007, was in charge of the project management and assisted thus in increasing the value of the property considerably. A bridge connecting the flat roof of the house to the car parking area and a lift connecting all three levels of the villa were added.
